The staff was very accommodating and welcoming.

Upon arrival, the bathroom cleanliness was unacceptable, with hair and other grime remaining. It took a complaint for the room to be properly cleaned. Not to mention, the AC in our room was a hassle, struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature during our stay.

The warm guidance of the staff made my solo retreat so comforting, ensuring I always felt at home. The pool was a refreshing oasis, well-maintained and inviting.

The air-conditioning in my room struggled to find a comfortable setting, always blowing chilly air. A slight inconvenience, but it didn't overshadow my pleasant stay.

I loved my stay! The comfort triple room had air conditioning, a balcony, and a private bathroom. The outdoor pool was awesome with sun loungers and beach chairs perfect for chilling. Fresh towels every day made it even better! The staff were really helpful, they made us feel so welcome!
